ATK: 2000/1400

 

1 Synchro or Xyz Monster + 1 Synchro or Xyz Monster

When this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 Level 4 or lower Synchro monster from your graveyard, you can special summon it but its effect are negated and banished when it leaves the field.  When this card leaves the field, Add 1 Fusion Monster from your graveyard to your Extra Deck. This card cannot be used as Fusion Material or Synchro Material.

Where is its ATK/DEF? (Probably assuming its 2000/2200 like Noden, but you have to post it regardless.)

When this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 Level 4 or lower Synchro Monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target and negate its effects, also banish it when it leaves the field . When this card leaves the field: Return 1 Fusion Monster in your Graveyard to your Extra Deck. This card cannot be used as a Fusion Material or Synchro Material Monster.

 

The most you can probably Special Summon with its effect is probably Armory Arm or one of those low Levels. You could probably use it to revive Formula Synchron or something to Accel Synchro if you really wanted to, but in its defense, that play's iffy. Also recycles Noden back to the Extra Deck when it itself leaves the field (or whatever Fusions you have in the grave). 

 

For its limitation effect, it's not like you'll be using it for Synchro Summons anyway (unless you go into Star Eater or something). Running this essentially mandates you running some Synchros to begin with; because unlike Noden, you can't Instant Fusion this.
