Twilight King Romulus ~ Kaslay

Hey guys, I'm back!

...Yeah, I'm not shocked that nobody remembers me.

Anyways, this card is part of a larger series of effect monsters called Twilight Kings. I tried to make them very similar to Dragon Rulers, but I couldn't come up with any more cards to fit into the Archetype. This card does suffer from too many effects, but I tried to balance that out by making it an odd level (9), and make it have less attack. It's mainly for comebacks, Graveyard removal, effect stealing, and monster recovery. I envisioned it as a card for Chaos decks when you are looking for an out to a filled field. I really like the art and design of the card, so I'm not very likely to change anything about it. Just wanted to show you guys the card. Thanks!

Twilight King Romulus

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by banishing 1 LIGHT monster and 1 DARK monster from both player's Graveyards. During the End Phase this card was Special Summoned: Return it to the hand. When this card is Special Summoned, you can target 1 Effect Monster that was Banished for the Special Summon; this card's name becomes that target's name, and this card gains that target's effects. When this card is returned to your hand, Special Summon both monsters that were banished for the Summon of this card to the owner's side of the field in face-down attack position.

i think monsters cannot be in face-down attack position..perhaps in defense position..

Actually, I'm glad you brought that up. There is currently 1 other card in the game that allows face-down attack position monsters, an that is Darkness Approaches
Here's the card link: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Darkness_Approaches
And here's a few unofficial rulings on face-down attack position monsters: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Forum:Face-Down_Attack_Position:_How_does_it_work%3F
I used these rulings when I designed the card. But thanks for bringing it up! Any other comments?
