Car-Toonize?!

a Re-Creation attempt of one of my all time favorite Subtype the Toon's. with addition of effect and/or mechanic to make them...well..Harder,Better,Faster,Stronger...

 

...and when i try to find a concept about it...

 

it just splash to my mind for these "new generation Toon" to harness the power of Pendulum. this concept is based that "Toon World" the very home and birth place of Toon Monster it self its a Spell, thus basicaly my logic justify that "these monster could be half spell" (please don't argue about Rituals, LOL)

 

...and it went that its some of pendulum effect also can have them treated as "Toon World" when there another Pendulum card in pairing...regrading that idea each of these "Toon World" proxy had a theme of profesion and building that associate with the job like librarian for library, chef to restaurant... but i saving this for opinon first and later in Multiples

 

concept aside the pendulum mechanic will add speed in term of gaining field advantage, and answering meta-game advance removal

 

there also some changes to make them more potent like: cannot be targeted for attack other than Toon monster (which inspired by anime ability...which also making them more competible with current meta)

 

for now i present you 1 of the prototype of these New Toon:

 

Toon Guide Jackie

Light, Level 1

Red Pendulum Scale:2, Blue Pendulum Scale:2

Beast/Toon/Pendulum

Pendulum Effect: Toon Monster you control gain 500 ATK

Monster Effect: Cannot be Special Summoned unless you control a face-up "Toon World".this card can only be attacked by Toon Monster. This card can attack your opponent directly, unless they control a Toon Monster. If they do control one, this card must target a Toon Monster for its attacks. Once while this card is face-up on the field, you can shuffle 1 each of "Toon" cards from your Hand,Graveyard, and Banished zone; then draw 2 cards. you can only active the effect of "Toon Guide Jackie" once per Turn

ATK: 200, DEF: 2000

Pendulum Effect: Toon Monster you control gain 500 ATK

Monster Effect: Cannot be Special Summoned unless you control a face-up "Toon World".this card can only be attacked by Toon Monster. This card can attack your opponent directly, unless they control a Toon Monster. If they do control one, this card must target a Toon Monster for its attacks. Once while this card is face-up on the field, you can shuffle target 1 each of "Toon" cards from  in your hand,Graveyard, and banished zone; shuffle them into the Deck, then draw 2 cards. you can only active the this effect of "Toon Guide Jackie" once per turn

Seems a bit lackluster to me, except for that last effect.  A couple notes on that

1. Toons, as far as I know, don't really have a consistent banishing method except for maybe a weird Chaos build.  This makes the last effect a bit hard to pull off.
2. The effect can't be both a "once, while this card is face up on the field" and a Once per turn; it's contradictory.  Do one or the other (i suggest OPT)
3. I think that, if you make the effect a OPT, the last effect is more suited as a pendulum effect no?
