You can only control 1 "Noble Arms - Arfeudutyr". Equip only to a Warrior-Type monster. Once per turn: You can target 1 Set card your opponent controls; the equipped monster loses exactly 500 ATK, and if it does, destroy that target. (This ATK loss remains even if this card leaves the field or the monster becomes unaffected by card effects.) If this face-up card on the field is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 Warrior-Type "Noble Knight" monster you control; equip this card to that target. You can only use this effect of "Noble Arms - Arfeudutyr" once per turn.

Suddenly it's my favorite card of the deck when I realized I can equip this and make opponent's Delteros/Triverr/Dante/whatever permanently smaller.

Medraut + this can destroy up to 3 set cards in one turn, and I think that's really good, even if your monster's ATK goes down by 500. And as you mentioned, the best use for this card is to make your opponent's monster permanently lose ATK, and a lot of decks run Warrior-Type monsters. Then if you can get High Laundsallyn out, it makes it easier for him to destroy the monster and get you a search. 

I feel like I'm just listing the obvious, but I have no idea what else to say other than it's a good one-of.

Wow, I never realized it could be equipped to opponent monsters, but still nuke their Set cards. That's just mean.
