newhat
Eff: Each time your opponent sends a card from their field to the Graveyard, gain 500 LP. At the start of your Main Phase 1: Activate the following effects and resolve in sequence, based on your current LP. 3000 or less: Negate the effects of all other face-up Spell/Trap Cards, and if you do, banish them. Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to this effect. 5000 or more: Reveal the top card of your Deck, then place it on the top or bottom of your Deck. 7000 or more: Draw 1 card, then discard 2 cards. 10,000 or more: Send all monsters you control to the Graveyard, also Special Summon 1 monster from either Graveyard. 12,000 or more: Return this card to the top of your Deck, and if you do, halve your opponent's Life Points and it becomes the End Phase of your turn. The idea is that you must constantly pay Life Points by one means or another to offset what your opponent gives you, but the most powerful effects require you to be near the upper limit or under the floor. DivineDragonKnight
Q: When you have 3001-4999 LP, no effects are activated? Otherwise, Effect 1: Not bad, expect if you using Continuous cards/Crystal Beasts. Effect 2: It's ok. Maybe you can put in a somewhat stronger effect. Effect 3: What if you activate this card in the 1st/2nd turn, and the duel is slow? Your opponent can easily get rid of your hand, and waits until you deck out. Effect 4: Simply OP. Effect 5: If you reach this effect, your next draw will be useless. I recommend to shufle back to the deck instead of placing it to the top. Life Point halving effect is OP. newhat
Q: When you have 3001-4999 LP, no effects are activated? Correct. This is to prevent you from forcing an effect by paying half your Life Points the first turn of the Duel. Effect 1: Not bad, expect if you using Continuous cards/Crystal Beasts. It's meant for situations where your opponent isn't letting any cards leave their field and is therefore not giving you any lifegain (Pendulum Decks, Vanity's Emptiness, lockdown). Effect 2: It's ok. Maybe you can put in a somewhat stronger effect. This effect is weak because it's effectively "free" if you play this on the first or second turn of the Duel. It would be unlikely to drop below 5000 by that point. Effect 3: What if you activate this card in the 1st/2nd turn, and the duel is slow? Your opponent can easily get rid of your hand, and waits until you deck out. If you play this without having a play to make with the LP gained, you deserve that. Effect 4: Simply OP. Effect 5: If you reach this effect, your next draw will be useless. I recommend to shufle back to the deck instead of placing it to the top. Life Point halving effect is OP. The "power" of this card comes from abusing Life Point costs to hang between these two points--high enough for the Monster Reborn, but not so high that you collapse. You'll also be drawing 1 and discarding 2 along with wiping your field every time you want to use the Monster Reborn effect; it isn't "free". At any rate, your opponent can blow this up before your next turn to deny you everything. The LP cut is not guaranteed, and even if it did connect you would effectively lose out on your next turn and your following draw. The topdeck is deliberate.
