ok, let's see.

Sekeretsu Knight seems a bit much. It's got an insane defence, an instant destroy and burn effect and it's immortal. I know you tried to balance it out by making it destroyed if it goes into attack mode and making it level 8, but it still seems a bit much.

7/10.

Dark Fairy Huntress isn't that bad. When tribute summoned, she brings out a level 4 or lower shield, and unless they've got a "cannot be destroyed by battle" effect, they don't tend to last long. Plus, her effect only works when she's Tribute summoned. Nice way to work this out.

9/10. The image just doesn't sit right with me for some reason.

Cloud Princess, well, she just doesn't seem to fit into the whole Cloudian thing. She lacks the "Cannot be desotryed by battle" effect, but looking over her other effects, that's probably a good thing. Her ability makes it a bit oo easy to bring out Typhoon and she can gain up to 1200 attack. Sure, she has a low starting attack, but her summoning ability makes it a bit much. Maybe restrict it a bit?

6/10. That pic does not wor with a Cloudian, sorry.

Cyber Angel, I'm going to say this right now, it's overpowered. This monster's effect can allow you to whip out some of the most powerful machines in the game (I'm looking at you Perfect Machine King and Emes). Maybe restrict the summoning ability a bit?

Erm, could you please explain Water Witch's effect to me? I don't really get it.

6/10

I'm not sure what to say about Achillius. At first glance she seems a bit overpowered, but her effects only work on LIGHT Fairy-type monsters, making her useless everywhere else.

8/10

Wow "Jester", that's quite a breakdown. The most obvious thing to me on this site is that everyone has a different vision when they look at an image, that's what makes this so great. About the "Water Witch", it's probably my favorite in this post. I see it this way, When you take control of your opponent's monster, you can either attack their Life Points with their own monster or, use their monster to help you summon 1 of your own. The effect is a 1 time trick. Anyway, I appreciate your comments, as always, all comments are welcome.
