Inori

"Inori" may sound like a weird name to you, but I named the card in Japanese, "Inori" literally means "prayer". Which is the entire reason why the card is named in Japanese: to avoid religious connotation. As for the card itself, here's the effect:

Inori

Trap/Continuous Trap

When your opponent's monster declares an attack, if the battle damage that would be dealt to you is greater than or equal to your Life Points: You can flip this card face-up, negate the attack, then place 1 Inori Counter on the monster that attacked. Monsters with Inori Counters on them cannot declare an attack, also their effects are negated. During either player's Battle Phase: You can send this face-up card to the Graveyard; end the Battle Phase. When this Set card is destroyed: All battle damage you would take this turn is halved.

To clarify, you can activate Inori, and then use its third effect during the same Battle Phase, to end it immediately. Please tell me if this card is broken or underpowered, and give me any suggestions on it.
