NeedlingLPT6467
This is a new Yubel form, I abbreviate it as Yubelut. Yubel - Unending Terror Fiend/Effect/Level 12 0 ATK/ 0 DEF Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned by banishing 1 "Yubel - The Ultimate Nightmare" you control, plus "Yubel" and "Yubel - Terror Incarnate" from your hand, field, and/or Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. Your opponent takes all battle damage you would take from battles involving this card. At the end of the Damage Step, if this card battles an opponent's monster: Destroy that monster, also you can apply this effect: Inflict damage to both players equal to your opponent's monster's ATK. The OCG may be a bit wrong but my point is you can use Yubelut to destroy your opponent's monster, then take damage equal to its ATK but have your opponent take twice as much damage. EDIT: I forgot the ATK and DEF, they're both 0.
Progenitor
So i basically just combines Terror Incarnate and Ultimate Nightmare's effects with a heavier cost......I could see it. I would say just cut the "inflict damage to both players" and make it only affect your opponent, since this thing is already pretty hard to get out. You have actually get out Yubel, have her survive to use its effect, repeat this with Terror Incarnate, AND have this thing in your hand to summon. also during that process none of the yubel forms can be banished with something like a DD Crow or it ruins the whole combo. With that in mind I think it justifies only affecting your opponent.
NeedlingLPT6467
Think about this: Yubel's effect that hurts you also makes your opponent take double the damage and this effect is optional: YOU CAN apply the effect, as seen in the text. - Minimania -
I feel that this is decently balanced.I can think of a combo with this including DDD Leonidas the Rebellious Lord, you can Special Summon him from your Hand when you take damage, gain that many lifepoints, and you can just keep burning your opponent.Yubel could possibly become a burn deck with this.
