This is probably broken [Deskbot 004]

I started trying to integrate Deskbots into some Decks, and it works...i guess.  I dunno.  I really like the concept of the Deskbots, but they lack consistency on their own by basically being a archetype of 3 monsters and Machine Duplication.  So I made this.  Does it help?  Maybe.  Is it broken?  Quite possibly.  Just something I came up with off the top of my head.

 

Deskbot 004

Level 4 / EARTH

Attack 500 / Defense 500

Machine / Effect [Tuner?]

When this card is added from your Deck to your hand by the effect of a "Deskbot" card: You can Special Summon this card from your hand.  During your turn only, any increases or decreases to the ATK and/or the DEF of Machine-Type monsters you control are doubled.  You can only control 1 "Deskbot 004."

 

Basically this lets you go 003 > SS 002 > Add 004 > SS 004

Then 002 gives +1000 to your machines, and 003 gives +1000 per Deskbot, in this case +3000

 

I think this definitely needs another restriction.  What are your opinions?  Any CnC is appreciated.
