Monster Effect:

Once per turn, during either player’s turn: You can target 1 other WIND monster you control; return that target to the hand, and if you do, this card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects until the end of this turn.

 

Pendulum Effect:

If a WIND monster you control is returned to your hand: You can destroy this card, and if you do, Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower WIND monster from your Deck with a different name than the returned monster. You can only use this Pendulum Effect of “Talisman Hawk” once per turn.
