Anyway, here's my idea: Scarecrow Chopper WIND attribute Level 1 Machine Tuner If this card is in your graveyard; you can Special Summon this card from your graveyard. If this effect was used, banish it when it leaves the field, also if you don't Synchro Summon during the turn you activated this effect, your opponent wins the Duel. The effect of "Scarecrow Chopper" can only be used once per Duel. Cannot be used for a Synchro Summon, except for the Synchro Summon of a Machine Type monster.
