Pendulum Effect monster 1750 Attack and 1350 Defense Scale 1-1


Pendulum Effect: You can only Pendulum Summon 1 monster per turn. This effect cannot be negated. You can destroy this card to add 1 Pendulum monster with a scale of 5 or higher from your Deck to hand.


Monster Effect: When this card is Pendulum Summoned but, was the only monster Pendulum Summoned this turn: You can target 1 other monster you control and if your do; return it your hand to add 1 face-up Pendulum monster from your Extra Deck to your hand. During the End Phase of the turn this card was Normal Summoned: shuffle this card into your Deck then, draw 1 card.


Just imagine the combos one can do with this? Is this concept balanced or not? CnC would be nice, but like I am expecting it from you or anything.
