Tuner Effect monster 500 Attack and 1300 Defense


During either player's turn: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; add 1 level 2 or lower Insect-Type monster from your Graveyard to your hand. When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 Level 2 or lower Insect-Type monster in your Graveyard; Add that target to your hand. During the turn you activate this card's effect, you can Normal Summon 1 level 2 or lower Insect-Type monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.)


Just imagine the combos one can do with this? Is this concept balanced or not? CnC would be nice, but like I am expecting it from you or anything.
