Monarch King Posted December 9, 2014 Report Share Posted December 9, 2014 When your opponent Normal or Special Summons a monster(s), except during the Damage Step: You can Special Summon this card from your hand to the opponent's side of the field in face-up Defense Position. Not all that original what with Flying "C" (and your OCG is of course perfect given that only one word is different, but it's not like that makes it any less realistic and it's a cool card nonetheless that fills its niche nicely and would make a welcome addition.
