Master Hyperion
You can only control 1 face-up "Portal Dress of Dusk". Continuous Spell cards you control cannot be banished or destroyed by card effects. After an opponent's card effect has been resolved whose effect includes that of targeting 1 of your face-up cards: destroy 1 card your opponent controls. You can only control 1 face-up "Portal Dress of Dawn". During either player's turn, when another card or effect is activated that targets exactly 1 card on the field (and no other cards), you can: Immediately after this effect resolves, this card is targeted instead (This is a Quick Effect). evil cucumber
Interesting Idea of creating a kind of Lock for your opponent's "Target" effects. The big issue i see here is their OCG texts, it s a little confusing. But i understand thats hard to create something so unique with few references from existing cards with similar effects. The first one seems rly good. I like how you worded that it protects only Continuous Spells and not just Face-up Spells. Because Pendulums are not considered as Continuous Spells, so this card couldnt protect them. (and i dont support the idea of giving Qliphorts more power Dx). The second effect is even better, it punishes decks that Target too much, like Burning Abyss. So they would have to think twice before Targeting everything with their traps. But this effect seems to activate even if your cards are targeted by your own effects. It can be rly broken with Scraps, since they benefit from targeting and destroying their own cards. I suggest you to restrict it only for Effects activated by your opponent. Im no expert at OCG fixing, but thats what i think it could be: You can only control 1 face-up "Portal Dress of Dusk". Face-up Continuous Spell cards you control cannot be banished or destroyed by card effects. When an opponent's card effect that targeted exactly 1 face-up card you control resolves, destroy 1 card your opponent controls. As for the second card, i think you should add something stating that you can only change the target for this card if this card is an appropriate target. Take into account Cairngorgon, Antiluminescent Knight, it cant just change the target to anything else. You have to make sure the new target is legal for that effect. So this is supposed to be on the field when you have Portal Dress of Dusk. This alone cant do much against a MST or Gagagabolt. But combined with cards like White Dragon Ninja or Number 66: Master Key Beetle it can provide good protection against destruction effects that target. The problem is, cards with non-targeting effects are becoming even more popular(Moralltach, Masked HERO Acid, Exciton, Spellbook of Fate..), so i doubt these cards would be relevant to the metagame.
