If you do; Special Summon 1 "Tellar" Monster from your extra deck but 1 rank higher and attach this card as an Xyz Material. An Xyz Monster that was Special Summoned using this card gains this effect: ● As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all normal/tributed non-LIGHT monster(s) effect are negated and cannot be tributed. This card must remain as an Xyz Material to gain this effect. Probably too broken. It's level 5 so you have to tribute to get it out which is good. the atk/def seem fine. I like the effect and it doesn't seem too op at all especially since it can only really go into Pleiades that I know of. I removed the part about them not being able to be tributed because I think that makes it too op seeings as with what I changed you have a 1 sided skill drain on non-LIGHT decks. There isn't really a point to not letting them be tributed anyways since I can't think of a LIGHT deck that would tribute summon for effects. Overall nice card. (Did I do better this time Sakura?) What you should do is add the effect to detach THIS card, negate the effect of any spell/trap/monster effect, and negate the effects of that type for the rest of the turn after resolve. I know this is quite a bit different than your suggestion, but I believe it is extremely unique without being OP :) but I created it in order to face that giant qliphot which only affected by continuous effect.
