It's technically possible that Sora just forgot about it too, since his jimmies were 100% rustled at the time, but I'm pretty sure it's actually one attack, not the whole phase.

But it was literally a hunting game between the two. Shun was countering all resistance like the oppression on his people would. Sora was asserting that the ones who attacked Shun's people are still the superior hunters. He was still trying to oppress Shun.

Sheep and Mad Chimera's second effect reflect on that tyranny.

Why would he forget it if they were both trying to prove the same point to one another?
