Card Type: Field Spell

 

Effect: (This card's effects apply even if 'lswarm' monsters you control become unaffected by other card effects) All face-up 'lswarm' monsters you control gain 500 attack. 'Evilswarm' monsters you control are treated as 'Steelswarm' monsters while face-up on the field or in the graveyard. Once per turn, you can target one tribute summoned 'Steelswarm' monster you control and pay 1000 lifepoints; immediately after this effect resolves, activate that monster's effect as if it were tribute summoned using a 'Steelswarm' tribute, but it cannot attack this turn.

Well, that's that, my first legitimate attempt at making a custom card for my favorite archetype of monsters. I decided to post it here after a friend on here suggested I do so before submitting it to "Duel Portal" for later use. As you can see, the field spell is meant to provide more synergy between the Evilswarm and Steelswarm archetypes by allowing you to tribute the formers, and then it gives the tribute summoned Steelswarms more effectiveness by allowing you to reuse their effects. I am aware though that the last line would make it seem like you can use that particular effect of the field over and over again, but I do mean to restrict to just once per turn for each Steelswarm you use it for, I'm only unsure of how to word that.
