Chiz Fri
I've been working on this set for a while, and I think I've fine tuned it enough to post. (Rene is based on a card I submitted for a contest some time ago.) Effect Monsters:
When this card is Pendulum Summoned, you can target 1 card your opponent controls: Return the target to its owner's deck. If this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the graveyard: Add 1 "OverBirth" Pendulum Monster to your hand.

When this card is Pendulum Summoned, you can target 1 card your opponent controls: Return the target to its owner's deck. If this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the graveyard: Add 1 "OverBirth" Spell or Trap card to your hand.
Pendulum Monsters:
SE: Once per turn, when a Level 4 or lower "OverBirth" monster is destroyed by battle, target 1 "OverBirth" monster in your graveyard: Add that card to your hand. If there is an "OverBirth" card in your other Pendulum Zone, this card's Scale becomes 8. ME: When this card is Pendulum Summoned, you can target 1 Level 4 or lower "OverBirth" monster in your graveyard, except "OverBirth Summoner - Rene," and 1 card your opponent controls: Return both cards to their owners' deck. You can only activate this effect of "OverBirth Summoner - Rene" once per turn.
Spells:
Target 1 "OverBirth" monster in your graveyard: Shuffle that target into your deck, and if you do, you can add 1 "OverBirth" monster from your deck to your hand, except a card with the same name as the original target.

Target 1 "OverBirth" monster in your Graveyard and 1 face-up monster your opponent controls: Add the first target to your hand, and shuffle the second target into the owner's deck. You can only activate 1 "OverBirth - Return" per turn.

When an "OverBirth" monster is destroyed by card effect: Treat the destruction as though it were by Battle.
So the goal of the Effect Monsters is to get killed and add stuff to hand, and/or get pendulum summoned to spin stuff back to deck. I wanted to toy with the idea of spinning because there really isn't an abundance of cards that do it to your opponent, and yet it could end up being devastating to many archetypes that rely on hitting grave, like Shaddolls and Burning Abyss. The archetype as is remains incomplete. There is still 3 Pendulum Monsters, 1 Effect Monster, and 2 Trap Cards left.
evil cucumber
Just quick read them, since youre gonna add more cards anyway. The bounce effects are cool, but you need to tone down Return's eff, it is a Quick Play Spell, and its not that hard to activate it. The others are ok, and i like their float effects too, mainly because they need to get destroyed by battle, that makes them pretty balanced. As for Rites' eff, it is so weird i doubt this effect could really exist in yugioh. At the same time is very important to avoid destruction by effect, i liked it. Im looking forward for more OverBirth support, good work
