Quick-Play Spell Card

 

(This card is also always treated as a "Galaxy" card.)
Cards and effects cannot be activated in response to this card's activation. Activate any number of these effects, depending on the Rank of the Dragon-Type Xyz Monster(s) you control with the highest Rank:
● 4+: Target 1 monster your opponent controls; return that monster to the hand.
● 8+: Target 1 Spell/Trap Card in your Graveyard; Set that card in your Spell & Trap Card Zone, and if you do, banish that card when it leaves the field.
● 9+: Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects for the rest of this turn.

 

 

 

This follows from Tachyon Transmigration, which was made into card form in the OCG.  Instead of restricting this to "Galaxy-Eyes" Xyz, I restricted this to Dragon-Type Xyz Monsters, and it has multiple effects, but the effects you can use depend on the Rank of the Dragon-Type Xyz. Any Rank 4 or higher Dragon-Type Xyz makes this a better Compulsory Evac. Any Rank 8 or higher Dragon-Type Xyz Monster lets you reuse a Spell/Trap in your Graveyard once in addition to the Compulse.  Any Rank 9 or higher Dragon-Type Xyz Monster lets you freeze your opponent's card effects for the rest of the turn in addition to any of the previous 2 effects. This last effect would give a reason to use Number 95; it also works with Number 99 and, of course, C107 himself.

 

The Super Poly clause is meant to symbolize C107's mastery of time, as Transmigration did for his base form.  Finally, it being a "Galaxy" card makes it searchable by Galaxy Wizard.
