During your Main Phase, if a "Temporal" monster was Summoned to your side of the field this turn, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can only Special Summon "Temporal Psycher" once per turn this way.

Once, while this card is in the Graveyard: You can target 1 face-up Synchro Summoned monster you control; return it to the Extra Deck, then you can Special Summon any monster(s) from your Graveyard that were used for the Synchro Summon of that monster in face-up Defense Position, but you cannot Synchro Summon a monster with the same name as the returned monster for the rest of this turn. You can only use this effect of "Temporal Hyperpsych" once per turn.

Once per turn, when a "Temporal" monster(s) is Summoned to your side of the field, place 1 Sand Counter on this card. All "Temporal" monsters gain 100 ATK for each Sand Counter on this card. When this card is destroyed and sent from the field to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon 1 monster from your Graveyard, whose Level is less than or equal to the number of Sand Counters on this card.

You can only use this effect of "Alastor the Temporal High Sorcerer" once per turn. At the start of the Damage Step, if this card attacks a Special Summoned monster: Return that monster to where it was Special Summoned from.

Once per turn: You can target 1 "Temporal" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect.

During the start of the next Main Phase, Special Summon any monster that was banished by this effect to your side of the field.

The Skipper's effects looks like a bit too much for me, searching any monster on your Deck without losing a card, maybe Graveyard instead? It would make a good combo with Psycher and it would be a good effect anyway.

I would also lower Osim's attack, 2200 sounds fine to me

I also think that Archibald is maybe too much, I would only keep one of his two effects, you could create another Synchro with the other effect, a level 7-8 synchro with high attack and his second effect would be an incredible beastick.

1-Hmm. Plis do note that Skipper's eff must be the first eff you activate on your turn since it says "at the start of Main Phase", so unless your opponent leaves you with 2 monsters before passing you the turn you cant just Summon a monster on your turn then banish skipper to add a card from deck. So its more situational. But i get your point, you can just summon something then use the Spell to restart the turn and use skipper...I personally dont think its broken, thats what i wanted the deck to be like, linking effects and creating combos

 

2-Okay, i was thinking a Level 5 Synchro with 2500 was a bit too much too, i rewrote its stats. Hope its k now

 

3- Also rewrote Archibalds stats. I want it to have 2 effects. For now its the boss of the Archetype, so they need this defensive monster as an absolute wall, but at the same time as the archetype beater.

 

Edited the TUNER to Level 3 to make possible the new Levels of the Synchros.
