Lore: During your Draw Phase, you can discard this card; add 1 Level 3 or lower Machine-Type monster from your Graveyard to your Hand. During either player's turn, if you would discard a card(s): You can banish this card instead of one of the card(s) to be discarded. You can only this effect of "Floating Fortress -Righteous Glory XX" once per turn.

Needs a once/turn clause, otherwise you can discard this to add a copy of this which you discard to add this, repeat add infinum, and there's definitely some card that would turn that into an OTK, I can't remember its name but it does damage when your cards are sent to the Graveyard or something.

Actually it cannot search itself since it can only search level 3 or lower machine monsters and this card is a level 4, but i guess i can put a once per turn clause. thanks for the comment anyway :)

The last effect only works when an EFFECT would cause you to discard, not a cost, yes?

Actually, yes, the effect does apply to card costs.

Well, if that's the case, perhaps ... "During either player's turn, if you would discard a card(s): You can banish this card instead of one of the card(s) [to be discarded?]. You can only use this effect of CARDNAME once per turn." My on-the-fly card text skills are not the sharpest, but that's the gist of it.
