Cashew
Brief idea for supporting "Convulsion of Nature", a continuous Spell with the effect: "As long as this card remains face-up on the field, both players must turn their respective Decks upside down and proceed with the current Duel.". Please offer suggestions and opinions, these are work-in-progress and could more than likely need some aid in balancing etc. Convulsion of Nature - Rupture SPELL/Field As long as this card remains face-up on the field, both players must turn their respective Decks upside down and proceed with the current Duel. If "Convulsion of Nature" is face-up on your side of the field, destroy it. Monsters you control gain 500 ATK for each "Convulsion of Nature in your Graveyard. Up to twice per turn, you can discard 1 Spell card: Draw 1 card OR send the top card of your Deck to the Graveyard. Minkro Level 4/EARTH/Beast-Warrior/Effect/ATK-1800/DEF-0 If this card is face-up on top of your Deck, you can Normal Summon or Set this card from your Deck (this counts as your Normal Summon for this turn), and if you do, your opponent gains 1000 Life Points. If you control a face-up "Convulsion of Nature" or "Convulsion of Nature - Rupture", this card can attack directly, and if you do, your opponent draws 1 card. Lykution Level 4/DARK/Beast/Effect/ATK-0/DEF-1800 If this card is face-up on top of your Deck, you can pay 800 Life Points to Normal Summon or Set this card from your Deck (this counts as your Normal Summon for this turn). When this card is Normal or Flip Summoned: Switch this card to Defense position, then you can add 1 Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. Flaymkure Level 6/FIRE/Pyro/Effect/ATK-1400/DEF-2200 If this card is face-up on top of your Deck, you can Special Summon this card in face-up DEF position. Once per turn: this card is not destroyed by battle. When this card is destroyed by battle or a monster's card effect, inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monster's ATK. Skorpincer Level 6/LIGHT/Insect/Effect/ATK-2200/DEF-1400 If this card is face-up on top of your Deck, you can activate 1 of the following effects: - Draw this card, then discard 1 card. - Send this card to the Graveyard: add 1 Spell card from your Deck to your hand. - Banish this card: Destroy all Spell and Trap cards your opponent controls. Escape the Cataclysm SPELL/Quick-Play Pay half your Life Points; Target 2 monsters in your Deck, then add 1 to your hand and place the other on top of your Deck, then if you control a face-up "Convulsion of Nature" or "Convulsion of Nature - Rupture", you can perform an additional Normal Summon this turn, and if you do, your opponent gains Life Points equal to that summoned monster's ATK. fank yo c:
drakoron_99
Convulsion of Nature has always been one of my favourites and I'm glad to see someone making support for this card :) - Rupture's effect to discard 1 Spell Card is alright, but it could be better if it was "discard 1 card". - Minkro seems to be slightly underpowered compared to the rest of the cards, giving your opponent 1000 LP for 1800 ATK with a direct attack while Flaymkure seems a better option altogether. A direct attack is nice, but giving your opponent an extra card is not worth it with that low ATK. - Making the monsters part of an archetype would be really cool. - A new card you could add: Cataclysm (You can change the name if you want) Level 8/FIRE/Fiend/Effect/ATK-2800/DEF-2200 This card can be Special Summoned by banishing 2 monsters that have effects which activate while face-up on the deck. Once per turn, you can excavate the top 5 cards from your Deck; if there is a monster which can be Normal Summoned, Normal Summon it (this counts as your Normal Summon for this turn). Even if you do not add anything from here, I still think these cards are awesome. I hope you keep up the good work.
Cashew
I think I was scared of giving them too OP effects so I hastily gave them downsides. That's a neat card idea, I didn't even think about making a boss monster(s) or anything, but I might do so now :3 Thanks for the feedback c:
