[YDF] Easy as XYZ

Another card suggested for the base set of the YDF that might have some possible utility in the TCG.

 

Easy as XYZ
Normal Spell
Target 2 Monsters you control with different levels. The higher level Monster's level becomes that of the lower level Monster. During your next End Phase, draw 1 card.

 

I realize the meta is probably too fast for this considering the draw is delayed, but in casual play a cantip that lets you XYZ, say, a 3 and a 4, might be worth a slot here and there. Thoughts?

 

In other news, we've opened the floodgates to fast-forward creating cards for the first set of the YDF. Hop on over and contribute if you want to design in a less silly format than the TCG and one with mostly custom cards.

It's a very situational card. Most Decks that use Xyzs already have the cards needed to have monsters of the same Level in order to Xyz. That makes the usefulness of this card not so good. In a Deck that can Xyz normally, this card would only be used for the odd situation that you actually had a field like this. If a Deck can't Xyz normally, why are you trying to force it?

 

I don't see any meta Decks finding room for it in the TCG, nor any non-meta Decks really.
