Well, read the card will you! (sorry that was rude, I didn't actually mean that. I love you.) Cannot be Special Summoned. During the End Phase of the turn this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up: Return this card to the hand. You can send this face-up monster to the Graveyard, then target 1 Spirit Monster in your Graveyard that was Normal Summoned or flipped face-up, except "Mikiran, Light Spirit"; Special Summon that target, ignoring the Summoning conditions.
