Hi i ask someone a long time ago to make me a rotating card give like the one below and I needed a new one made (hopefully without the black background, though its still okay if it's there). Can anyone help me? P.S. It doesn't matter if it rotates up and down or left to right, I just don't want the ones that just spin.
