First of all, is Erena's effect supposed to activate from the field or Graveyard? You would probably want to save Erena from destruction, but this leaves your Life Points open (unless you are running Dark Worlds with this). Baron of Evil's effect is near to useless. The only time this could be useful is if the sent card is useful to your opponent or if he activated something like Pot of Duality last turn, but that could be turned around easily by some archetypes. The 1200 ATK is pathetic for a monster with that effect. Not only that, but he is Level 5 as well! Boost ATK to somewhere around the 2000's and the effect to 2 cards minimum. Is Chronomage supposed to be with high DEF stats? I feel like 2200 DEF is too weak, but I am not sure if it wouldn't be too OP if it was higher than that. Geus' last sentence is useless, because if you do something with the Deck during any point, it must be shuffled afterwards, unless it is milling, drawing and sending cards to the top/bottom of the Deck. Making it Tuner just doesn't feel right either. If you are going to use it for getting Vortex of Time or Vortex Tower, why make it Tuner? Kishin is the card I am most dissapoint with. Paying 500 Life Points for taking damage directly isn't worth it and Astral Barrier makes a better job of this. Either remove the cost or add something to make it worth. Mannequin also has this problem. Special Summoning makes you return 2 cards on the field to the respective owner's hand, which is WAY too slow (unless you can Special Summon like crazy). I wouldn't waste a Special Summon on a Penguin Soldier wanna-be. Book of Timeforce would be best off if you could add the card directly to your hand, because your opponent might take advantage of you sending to the top of your Deck (in one form or another). Please change Vortex of Time's text where it says "Special Summon a card with "Ura-Fiend" in its name" to "Special Summon a "Ura-Fiend" monster". Also, add semi-colons to some of the cards to indicate the difference between an effect and a cost. That can sometimes make cards better or worse, depending on the effect. An example of this can be found here: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Difference_between_Costs_and_Effects I'm really irritated at the fact that you took old card images for most of these cards and you changed their colours to create new ones, but there is no rule against that and sometimes good art for cards can't be found.
