(2) If this card is being revealed by its own effect, you cannot activate card effects, except the effects of "Meandering River" cards. (3) Once per turn, if this card in your hand is being revealed, you can activate 1 of the following effects. You can only activate this effect of "Meandering River" once per turn. During either player's turn: You can destroy 1 card on the field, then return this card to the top of your deck (this is a Quick Effect). You cannot Special Summon during the turn this card is activated. Excavate the top 3 cards of your deck, then place those cards on the top or bottom of your Deck in any order. Draw 1 card. Tribute 1 monster: Special Summon this card (from your hand). If this card was Special Summoned this way, you cannot Summon monsters while it is face-up on the field, and it cannot be destroyed or targeted by card effects. [ ATK: 1400 / DEF: 3000 ] Wanderlust of the Meandering River [ Spell / Quickplay ] Place 1 "Meandering River" card from your Deck on top of your deck. The first two monster effects are ok, but the third one is really bad, It SCREAMS final countdown, and drags the game down to an unbelievably boring halt, with both players drawing until one can resolve the situation. Honestly, it's support card is quite good but please, please. Please get rid of the third one. It's terrible and slows the game down (the third effect) if it happens.
