No battle damage is calculated in battles involving this card. During the End Phase, you target 1 Monster your opponent controls and the opponent targets 1 Monster you control; Banish the targeted Monsters. If this is the only card you control, Banish this card. I can't tell if this first effect is Mandatory or if it is optional, and it makes rulings and timing on this card seem very weird to work with. Now I can't say how to fix the OCG because A. I don't know the effect type and B. I am not an expert on OCG. Second, this is a really Broken card. If i ran a Token supply deck and kept summoning Tokens with Scapegoat or Mecha Phantom Beasts, or at least a deck that can readily supply a whole field of monsters, then this card will wreck. The only way to stop this is either Destroying all of my other monsters with Raigeki/Dark Hole, or Solemn this Summon. If not, i essentially get a free Heavy Storm every turn, and that is WAY too much. Maybe if you removed the No Battle Damage Clause so it makes it seem like you are paying points to Heavy Storm, but as it stands, i can make entire decks around this and fully stop plenty of decks that don't run Skill Drain. Increase this card's Level to 5; then its effect becomes.... Cannot be Special Summoned. There can only be 1 face-up "Angel of Death" on the field. This face-up attack position card cannot be targeted by, and is unaffected by, Spell/Trap effects and other Effect Monsters' effects, also, it cannot be destroyed by battle, and you take no battle damage from that battle. When this card declares an attack, destroy all face-down cards on the field. During the End Phase, each player must send 1 monster from their hand or their side of the Field to the Graveyard. If this card is sent to the Graveyard by its own effect, your LP become 100. b. Keep this card's Level at 4; then its effect becomes. Cannot be Special Summoned. There can only be 1 face-up "Angel of Death" on the field. Cannot be destroyed by battle or by card effects. During the End Phase, each player must send 1 monster from their hand or their side of the Field to the Graveyard. If you control no other monsters and have no cards in your hand, send this card to the graveyard. It's still too OP regardless, and I think you need to re-think the flavour of your card.
