Im the prince of the ring!
Hey guys it's me once again with another archetype for you. This is my coming back present for some time now after being away forever (They changed how the things worked and im confused). You may notice some of these cards are homages to other archetypes as I find them interesting (you figure what they're and comment on them). Also, if this topic is supposed to be in the Advanced multiple section, plz tell me so and move it there since I don't know if this is casual or advanced. Anyway here they are: The Mirage Princess Archetype. The focus of this archetype is like the name Mirage is: banishing the princesses and using their effects to SS other princesses, return them to the hand or the graveyard to use again, or to just replace the fallen princess in battle or anywhere else.

When this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard: You can banish 1 "Mirage Princess" Monster from your Hand or Graveyard. If this card is banished by the effect of a "Mirage Princess" monster other than "Mirage Princess Kyoki": You can target 1 of your banished Level 4 or lower "Mirage Princess" monsters; return that target to your Hand. You can only use each effect of "Mirage Princess Kyoki" once per turn.

You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by banishing 1 "Mirage Princess" Monster you control except "Mirage Princess Misako." If this card is banished by the effect of a "Mirage Princess" Monster: You can target 1 of your banished "Mirage Princess" Monsters; return that target to your Graveyard, and if you do, you can banish 1 "Mirage Princess" Monster from your Deck. You can only use each effect of "Mirage Princess Misako" once per turn.

When this card is Summoned: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of your banished "Mirage Princess" Monsters x100. This card cannot attack the turn you activate this effect. If this card is banished by the effect of a "Mirage Princess" Monster: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Mirage Princess" Monster from your hand. You can only use each effect of "Mirage Princess Himiko" once per turn.

When this card is Summoned: You can target 1 of your banished "Mirage Princess" Monsters; Special Summon that target, but its effect(s) is negated. If this card is banished by the effect of a "Mirage Princess" Monster: You can banish 1 "Mirage Princess" Monster you control, and if you do, you can target 1 Level 4 or lower "Mirage Princess" Monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target. You can only use 1 effect of "Mirage Princess Ami" per turn, and only once that turn.

You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by banishing 1 "Mirage Princess" Monster from your Graveyard. If this card is banished by the effect of a "Mirage Princess" Monster other than "Mirage Princess Sayaki": You can draw 1 card. You can only use 1 "Mirage Princess Sayaki" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

Cannot Be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Special Summoned by having 4 or more banished "Mirage Princess" Monsters. If this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (By battle or by card effect) and sent to the Graveyard: You can banish this card; add 1 Level 4 or lower "Mirage Princess" Monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect once per turn. You can only control 1 "Mirage Princess Yui".

If you control a non-"Mirage Princess" monster, destroy this card. After damage calculation, if this card battles an opponent's monster: Banish it. If this card is banished by the effect of a "Mirage Princess" Monster other than this card: You can target 1 Level 4 or lower "Mirage Princess" Monster in your Graveyard; add that target to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Mirage Princess Yuzu" once per turn.

When this card is Summoned: You can banish 1 "Mirage Princess" Monster from your graveyard, except "Mirage Princess Mizu". You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect. If this card is banished by the effect of a "Mirage Princess" Monster: You can target 1 Level 4 or lower "Mirage Princess" Monster you control; that target cannot targeted by Spell or Trap Cards this turn. You can only use each effect of "Mirage Princess Mizu" once per turn.

When using this card as Synchro Material for a "Mirage Princess" Synchro Monster, you can use "Mirage Princess" monsters in your hand as non-tuner Synchro Materials. When a "Mirage Princess" Synchro Monster is Synchro Summoned using this card as Synchro Material: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; that monster cannot be targeted by your opponent's monster effects. This effect is applied until your 3rd Standby Phase.

1 "Mirage Princess" Tuner + 1 or more non-tuner Monsters Your opponent cannot banish monsters from their hand or Graveyard. Banish any Special Summoned monster this card destroys by battle with this card. When this card is destroyed by battle by an opponent's Monster: Banish that monster, also banish this card.

3 Level 4 "Mirage Princess" Monsters (This card is always treated as a "Mirage Princess" Monster). When this card is Xyz Summoned: You can banish 1 "Mirage Princess" monster from your hand or Deck. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material; target 1 of your banished Level 4 or lower "Mirage Princess" monsters and 1 monster your opponent controls; return the first target into the deck, and if you do, banish the second target.

2 Level 4 Monsters (This card is always treated as a "Mirage Princess" Monster). Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material to activate 1 of these effects. Each effect can only be used while this card is face-up on the field. O: You can target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; banish that target. While this card remains on the field, that card must remained banished. O: You can target 1 of your banished cards; return that target to your Hand. You cannot Activate or Set that card (if it's a Spell or Trap card) or Summon or Set that card (if it's a Monster card) the turn you activate this effect.

2 Level 7 Monsters (This card is always treated as a "Mirage Princess" monster). You can also Xyz Summon this card by using 2 Rank 4 "Mirage Queen" Xyz Monsters you control as the Xyz Materals (Xyz Materials attached to those monsters also become Xyz Materials on this card). You can detach all Xyz Materials from this card; target the same number of your banished monsters; return those targets to your Deck, and if you do, banish the same number of face-up cards on the field. Any monster banished do not have their effects activated the turn you activate this effect. You can only this effect once per turn.

Banish 1 "Mirage Princess" Monster from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard (the banished monster is treated as being banished by the effect of a "Mirage Princess" Monster). You cannot Special Summon the turn you activate this card. You can only activate 1 "Mirage Roots" per turn.

Target 1 "Mirage Princess" Monster you control and 1 of your banished "Mirage Princess" Monsters; banish that monster you control, and if you do, Special Summon the banished monster (the banished monster's effect(s) is not activated at this time). You can only activate 1 "Spiritual Exchange" per turn.

Target 2 of your banished "Mirage Princess" monsters with the same level; Special Summon both those targets, but their effects are negated. Immediately after this card resolves, Xyz Summon 1 Xyz monster using those 2 monsters only. You can only activate 1 "Adept Mirage Arts" per turn. You cannot banish monsters the turn you activate this card.

Banish the top 2 cards of your Deck, then target 1 of your banished "Mirage Princess" Monsters; Special Summon that target. When this card leaves the field, destroy that monster. When that monster leaves the field, destroy this card.

While you have 4 or more banished "Mirage Princess" monsters, monsters you control cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects. Also, your opponent cannot banish cards in the Graveyard.

If you have at least 1 Banished LIGHT, DARK, EARTH, WIND, FIRE, and WATER "Mirage Princess" monster; shuffle all of your banished "Mirage Princess" monsters into the deck, and if you do, Special Summon as many "Mirage Princess" monsters as possible from your Graveyard, then you can add 1 "Mirage" Spell/Trap from you deck to your hand. The effects of "Mirage Princess" monsters that are banished cannot be activated the turn you activate this card.

And that's the archetype. That's all I got and hopefully you'll enjoy this. Anyway, Like, comment, rate, CnC, w/e (DO NOT ADVERTISE YOUR CARDS. I say this because in my last topic someone was dumb enough to do so). Ok guys...Later!!!

TokenMeister
This looks like an amazing archetype, the synergy between the cards is incredible and I imagine it would function very well as a deck in real life. Hope to see more from you at some point.

KeeganTroye
Please ignore any grammaticaI errors as I am half asleep. I will start with the most out of place monster card: Himiko: The burn damage is irrelevant to the archetype and much to small to be relevant. Her second effect is useful for combo's but half of your monsters have their own built in form of special summoning, I wouldn't run her. Now the rest in order: Kyoki: One of your three banish recyclers, and the fastest as she adds directly to your hand the recycled card, allowing both effects to be played. Monster destruction isn't relevant so her main use will be banish fodder for her effect. Misako: A key card, her special summon activates a grave Princess and adds a level four for rank 4 plays. She is most potent in the graveyard as her banish effect is extremely useful recycling a Princess and tool boxing a free banish effect to keep the combos piling. I would always run three. Ami: Another core card, she is essentially a rank 4 play which also recycles your banished cards albeit very slowly. Her banish effect will allow you to maintain advantage by dropping a Princess, if you recycle either of her effects she is a rank 4 every turn. Would run 3. Sayaki: Her special summon is why I would run her, while the draw from her second effect is alright, I want to keep her in my hand with Misako as they will be my consistent mean of starting off combo's. Yui: Her level has no synergy with the deck, her attack is too low to get over most threats in the current meta, and the others just do their jobs so much better. Yuzu: Less synergy with the rest of the deck, and a few drawbacks, don't know if its because I'm tired but its effect seems to sound like it banishes itself instead of the opponents monster. If it banishes the opponents monsters I would run this card as a 1-off to destroy Shadolls and Satellars. Its graveyard recycling effect isn't the most useful. Mizu: Her first effect is the most consistent banish effect in the deck, so good IMO that only the no battle phase stops it from being the beginning of the end, for that reason I would probably only run 2 as you will want to use this just about every second turn but no more than that. The battle effect makes her less useful for going for an OTK and so she should be used defensively to provide set up for your next OTK. Her second effect is generally a poor form of protection as it cannot protect the big bosses. Channeler: Channeler's first effect I find less useful due to the fact this deck doesn't look like it will maintain hand advantage very well. And while its second effect is good I see this deck as spamming rank 4's to be a lot more efficient than synchro summoning. I am to tired to go through the extra deck monsters and spells and traps right now other than to say concentration is not worth running a Princess of every element. My ending thoughts is that this decks combo's are exceptionally powerful and I'm glad you have hard once per turn effects on everything. But it needs a way to get Princesses in the grave ASAP, aside from mirage roots. (Okay I glanced over the spells and traps a bit) An archetypal foolish burial or dragon shrine perhaps, otherwise you risk getting OTKed, currently deck requires too much set up. The whole deck is designed to banish itself and its partners to get it effects off. It doesnt need that much setup in orser to get going. Yuis effect and ss is so that it can go with other lv 6 cards like chaos sorcerer. This deck isnt really meant for running alone and need some other tech cards to help. For yuzus effect, if I had it banish the opponents monster then itll be OP because of its high attack. I also plan on having a few more cards to add to this archetype. The banishing effects of these cards are there to help themselves and others while setting up your banish pile. The graveyard part is an after thought use for the monsters.
