Up to twice per duel, during any player's turn: You can banish this card from your Graveyard, target 1 Synchro Monster in your Extra Deck. Discard cards from your side of the field that meet the summoning requirements and Special Summon the targeted card (this Special Summon counts as a Synchro Summon)

I like all of these so far, 7.5/10

 

Fluid: I like that additional damage eff, which makes the card balanced. Otherwise, it would just be Gagaga Magician, but limited/banned.

Charger: Good as well, but there is really only one archetype that Synchro's during the opponents turn, so that extra "on either side" isn't bad, but it isn't necessary.

Reborn: Unless you are adding some sort of swarm mechanic, this effect seems useless unless you are in that type of situation where a direct attack can kill.

Speed: I like this one a lot. Good on adding the "Up to twice per Duel". People would be foaming at the mouth for foolish burial to becoming 3/3 copies again.

 

Can't wait to see what you pull out next, especially this Nova Star Dragon. I'm also assuming that this is based off of 5D's series Synchro Dragons
