When the effect of a Spell Card you control resolves, select 1 face-up monster your opponent controls: The selected monster loses 400 ATK and, if the selected monster's ATK becomes 0, negate it's effects. Even in something like Spellbooks and Endymion, it really doesn't have much use because 1. The cost is just too high. Cursed Seal is already hard to perform with discarding 1 spell, but banishing 2 spells is just a bit too much, and it's not like Spell Striker where you banish from the Grave, but rather from the hand, so you better hope you have worthless spells that won't help you for her. Easiest way to fix her is just banish 2 from the graveyard instead 2. This gal can easily just be ran over. it really has no immunities so it suffers from having a high cost for someone who just simply can't satisfy the cost vs reward. 3, The effect just isn't too good. Considering the meta decks, while this could be decent against BA as a counter to Dante, there really is no reason not just run Breakthrough Skill over her mainly for the fact that i don't need to activate 3-6 spells to make good use of her. My solution to this problem is one of two things. Either increase the ATK loss to somewhere in the 600-800 range, or just simply get rid of the reduce ATK function and just negate the effects.
