Lore: This card cannot be targeted for attacks. When this card is Summoned, add 2 Spell Counters to this card (Max.2). When your opponent would activate a monster effect that would Special Summon a monster, you can remove a counter from this card, negate the activation. You can only activate the effect of "Magician's Libido" Once per turn.

So i do have a story for this card, as simple as it would be. Basically, it is a magician that uses her...assets...to appeal to the other monsters, and no matter who it is, she has an aura around her that makes others smitten by her. The monsters, no matter who it is, refuses to attack such an attractive creature, and it is up to the player to be rid of her. She is also at the same time a bit of a shy person, and seeing anyone other than the ones she already sees makes her quite nervous, and she takes a lot of...protective measures, so she casts spells thanks to the Spell Counter source, and prevents anyone else from bringing their friends out. At the same time, this wears her out, so she can't expend herself too far, leaving her open for the player to be rid of her. If she is ever cornered, she is willing to fight back, and not a single monster will fight back. Her original home is unknown, but she has been raised in Endymion's Citadel and channeled her magic to help her fight, and now she is ready to trounce the battlefield and be willing to fight the risks.

Anyways, any OCG issues, or feel it is too OP, let me know down below...also if it is sexist, then i apologize, but my last card brought on some man meat, and i felt it best to counter that.

EDIT: Changed the effect from Card effects that would special summon to Monster effects, so i am not being unfair to Nekroz, and at the same time help restrain Burning Abyss and Shaddolls

Any card that prevents Special Summoning should be immediately banned (because in order for there to be a balanced gamestate, players should have access to all types of cards and effects), and even though this can only negate 1 Summon per turn, and it can't negate inherent summons, it is still completely generic and immediately live upon Summon, as well as being an 1800 beater and having the best Level, one of the best Types, and one of the best Attributes in the game, making it far too OP.

While i can't exactly agree with that argument because for one we have Black Horn at 3 and Solemn Warning running around, but...looking back at the making of this, this isn't the most balanced monster, especially since in the aforementioned Endymion deck, they can just keep fueling her energy, and thus keep making her OP...I will return here soon. I need to revise the effect. So any mods here, please don't move to Joke/Overpowered yet, i need a few moments to revise the effects
