Another card, now as a support for the Synchro Monsters. Suggestions are welcome ^^.

 

Lore: Target 1 face-up non-Tuner monster you control: Special Summon from your Deck, 1 Tuner monster with the same Type, Attribute and Level lower than or equal to that target. You cannot Special Summon any other monsters, except by Synchro Summon, during the turn you activate this card. During your turn, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard: You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 face-up non-Tuner monster you control; it is treated as a Tuner monster this turn.

OMG that second eff O.o

Cant think of any tuner that combined with this makes broken combos, but i do think it would be used a lot in BA's, since it just makes Virgil more easy to be summoned, especially with that banish eff turning a scarm or cir into a tuner.

Just giving a example:
 
You Normal Summon from your hand Reflect Bounder, then you activate Tune Up! to Special Summon Hyper Synchron, now you can Synchro Summon a Level 8 Synchro Monster like Black-Winged Dragon.
