Monarch King
Cannot be Special Summoned. Any Spell/Trap card sent to the Graveyard is banished instead. During either player's turn: You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 Spell/Trap card in your opponent's Graveyard; banish it. You can only use this effect of "Koyo Dera" once per turn.

evil cucumber
>cards in pendulum zone are banished instead of going to extra >gets rid of shaddoll and nekroz' key cards >wrecks zefras >nice stats, cant still be used to other relevant things So its main use is being a Side card for said decks. Still there are other better cards that make the work with more ease. I cant find any deck that would fully beneficiate from this card, maybe tellars... but that no special summon clause really makes it not worth using. Overall card is just meh,

Overall card is just meh, This, but I feel not SS it balances things instead or lowering the card's potential. With the exception of "Dimensional Fissure", all the other cards that banish this way require thoughful plays and some strategy (useful as Side cards as well). "Koyo Dera" does not cripple your deck, whereas damaging the mentioned (and more) decks. Imagine playing "Consecrated Light" when most of the decks would be DARK-Attribute based. Dera would be Semi-Limited at its best.
