All of them, except GM of Aether has 2600 ATK/2100 DEF and has a "Qli" type effect of "You can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. If this card is Normal Summoned without Tributing or is Special Summoned, its Level becomes 4 and its original ATK becomes 1800." To prevent some OP'ness, I've also added in a gemini-esque effect, which requires them to be on the field at least a turn until they can activate their effects, unless they were tribute summoned. The only card I have reservations about is Gate of the GM's, I feel as though I may not have worded it stringently enough. If this card is Normal Summoned without Tributing or is Special Summoned, its Level becomes 4 and its original ATK becomes 1800. Once per turn, you can pay 2000 Life Points OR banish 3 "Grand Magician" monsters (from your hand or Graveyard); destroy all monsters on the field, except this card. This effect cannot be activated the turn this card is Normal Summoned without Tributing or Special Summoned. You can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. If this card is Normal Summoned without Tributing or is Special Summoned, its Level becomes 4 and its original ATK becomes 1800. Once per turn, you can shuffle any number of banished "Grand Magician" monsters into your Deck, draw 1 card for each banished monster. This effect cannot be activated the turn this card is Normal Summoned without Tributing or Special Summoned. You can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. If this card is Normal Summoned without Tributing or is Special Summoned, its Level becomes 4 and its original ATK becomes 1800. Once per turn, you can banish any number of "Grand Magician" monsters from your hand or Graveyard, your opponent takes 500 damage for each banished monster. This effect cannot be activated the turn this card is Normal Summoned without Tributing or Special Summoned. You can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. If this card is Normal Summoned without Tributing or is Special Summoned, its Level becomes 4 and its original ATK becomes 1800. Once per turn, you can banish any number of "Grand Magician" monsters from your hand or Graveyard, destroy cards on the field equal to the number of banished monsters. This effect cannot be activated the turn this card is Normal Summoned without Tributing or Special Summoned. You can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. If this card is Normal Summoned without Tributing or is Special Summoned, its Level becomes 4 and its original ATK becomes 1800. Once per turn, you can shuffle any number of banished "Grand Magician" monsters into your Deck, gain 500 Life Points for each banished monster. This effect cannot be activated the turn this card is Normal Summoned without Tributing or Special Summoned. You can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. If this card is Normal Summoned without Tributing or is Special Summoned, its Level becomes 4 and its original ATK becomes 1800. Once per turn, you can banish any number of "Grand Magician" monsters, destroy that same number of Spell/Trap cards on the field. This effect cannot be activated the turn this card is Normal Summoned without Tributing or Special Summoned. You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by banishing 6 "Grand Magician" monsters with different names OR by shuffling 6 banished "Grand Magician" monsters into your Deck. If this card would be destroyed: You can banish 1 "Grand Magician" monster from your hand or side of the field, negate the attack or effect that would destroy this card. Every time a "Grand Magician" monster is banished while this card is on the field: This card loses 300 ATK. [/spoiler] [spoiler=Spell/Trap] Activate only during either player's Battle Phase. If a face-up "Grand Magician" monster would be destroyed by battle: You can banish 1 "Grand Magician" from your hand or side of the field, that monster gains ATK equal to half the original ATK of the banished "Grand Magician" monster. Once per turn: You can target 2 of your banished "Grand Magician" monsters. Special Summon 1, shuffle the other into the Deck. Every time a "Grand Magician" monster is banished: Place 1 "Grand Magic" Counter on this card. You must have this many "Grand Magic" counters on this card to activate and resolve these effects. ● 2+ "Grand Magic" Counters: Draw 1 card ● 5+ "Grand Magic" Counters: Banish all Spell/Trap cards on the field, except this card ● 7+ "Grand Magic" Counters: Banish all monsters on the field ● 15+ "Grand Magic" Counters: Banish all cards in the hand, Graveyard and on the field. If a monster would be Special Summoned: Banish 1 "Grand Magician" from your hand, side of the field, or Graveyard, and if you do, negate the Summon. Activate only if your Life Points are below 2000. You can shuffle all your banished "Grand Magician" monsters into your deck. If you return 6 or more "Grand Magician" monsters with different names: You can summon 1 "Grand Magician of Aether" from your hand or Deck, regardless of summoning conditions.
