Pendulum Effect: If you have another "Zefra" Pendulum Monster in your other Pendulum Zone whose Pendulum Scale is 1, this card's Pendulum Scale becomes 7. You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters unless you control another "Zefra" Pendulum Monster in your other Pendulum Zone. This effect cannot be negated.
Monster Effect: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. During your Main Phase: You can Tribute 1 "Zefra" Pendulum Monster you control; Special Summon this card from your hand, Extra Deck, or Graveyard. You can only activate this effect of a "Lyna, the Lost Zefra" once per turn. Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects when you Pendulum Summon a monster(s). Whenever you Ritual Summon, Fusion Summon, Synchro Summon, or Xyz Summon using a "Zefra" Pendulum Monster as a Tribute, Fusion Material Monster, Synchro Material Monster, or Xyz Material: Draw 1 card. You can only control 1 "Lyna, the Lost Zefra".

Alright, a couple of things first.

 

1. Zefra monsters have an archetypal restriction on your Pendulum Summons and you've flavorfully duplicated this here.

2. The fact that you can return this Pendulum Card from anywhere for practically no cost is questionable in effect. Even if you must Tribute a monster. For this reason, limit it to the graveyard, therefore overcoming the one weakness of the deck.

3. Its effect to protect pendulum summoning is fair.

4. Its effect to draw a card is unneccesary, as this is what oracle of Zefra does. It is also incredibly powerful. Which is fine seeing as its a monster, but not seeing as you have it on board guaranteed every turn.

5. Its restriction to only be allowed 1 of her is quite fair.

 

Now the card is still useful as you can use it for an instant 2500 beastick, which is still really good. Though I would lower its defence to something much lower, like 0. That way it keeps that somewhat typical Zefra min-max flavor.

 

I would play one in my build, just because of the fact that it has 2500 ATK. To be fair that would probably make this card incredible seeing as you can pendulum summon it or special summon it with its own effect for nothing, and it swings over Trivver, Winda, Cairngorgon and a whole deal of other things (including all the other "Zefra" monsters lol).

 

It is a very nice boss monster for their archetype, and grants some defense to your PSummons, which is also nice. We haven't seen that yet in the game of yugioh.

Wow, Oracle's wording is a lot better for the draw effect.

Yeah, I didn't realize how much draw power Zefras actually had, so just having a powerful non-Ritual, Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz Zefra that protects Pendulum Summoning will work.

However, the Tribute effect was supposed to be a backup in case you just had Lyna and another Zefra.

Well I mean you could also be hilarius and do this, assuming you REALLY need the extra pluses that much:

Tbh I would play 1 of this in anything, and if it gave pluses for tributing I would probably play 2.
