Neutrality Man
Define card type, as follows: "type (Monster, Spell, or Trap)" Otherwise, there is very little to say about this. It's a Ryko for Earths and Machines.
dedavii
True, but it's a card you take a chance on. In short, unless you know which card is on top of your deck, you have a 1/3 chance of it's effect going off.
Neutrality Man
Combine it with Edge Imp Sabres Scissors or Plaguespreader Zombie. Gamble eliminated.
Cierfrost
True, but it's a card you take a chance on. In short, unless you know which card is on top of your deck, you have a 1/3 chance of it's effect going off. No. Its a pair of legs on a flip draw 1 for a high chance at blowing up a target. Half of the effect is a guarantee to go off outside of conventional destruction. This card would be fine as if it's on Normal Summon then sets itself to defensive position or something. The RNG related to this card is not something of value or note. Combine it with Edge Imp Sabres Scissors or Plaguespreader Zombie. Gamble eliminated. I'm sorry... reword this please? Miror explained it to me. The trigger rate is still far above 50% (at least at first glance), more than enough to take a blind guess on and come out on top.
