Neutrality Man
Page 2 Bump I know I got SOMETHING about this card that makes it awful, I always miss something. Please CnC.
evawin
Well, the monster effect seems very fair considering the scope of level 8 Dragon-Type monsters and the other restrictions. However, the Pendulumn effect is downright bananas. Not only is it a tutor for any Dragon in your deck (Elemental Dragons, Lightpulsar, Dark Armed, Debris Dragon, REDM; the list goes on), but it can also be used during your opponent's turn, to dodge removal. I recommend incorporating the same level requirement in the monster effect in addition to making it an effect you can only use during your turn. Old version spoilered in case of need to return it to the previous state.
