  1. During your Main Phase 1: You can tribute this card and 1 other Dragon-type monster you control; Special Summon 1 Level 8 Dragon-type monster from your Main Deck. It cannot attack this turn, and is banished when it leaves the field. You can only use this effect of "Lynndra the Dragonhearted Warrior Lady" once per turn.

Well, the monster effect seems very fair considering the scope of level 8 Dragon-Type monsters and the other restrictions.

 

However, the Pendulumn effect is downright bananas. Not only is it a tutor for any Dragon in your deck (Elemental Dragons, Lightpulsar, Dark Armed, Debris Dragon, REDM; the list goes on), but it can also be used during your opponent's turn, to dodge removal. I recommend incorporating the same level requirement in the monster effect in addition to making it an effect you can only use during your turn.
