[Written] Fishborg Ascender

There are a surprising lack of WATER Synchros that Fishborg would actually want to use, so I thought I would make this guy.

 

Fishborg Ascender

Fish-Type/WATER/Synchro

Level 5

1 "Fishborg" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner WATER monsters

You can discard 1 WATER monster to the Graveyard, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; inflict damage to your opponent equal to its ATK. This card cannot declare an attack during the turn you activate this effect. You can banish 2 other WATER monsters from your hand and/or Graveyard; Special Summon this card from your Graveyard in Defense Position. You can only use 1 effect of "Fishborg Ascender" per turn, and only once that turn.

I dont like how second eff conflicts with imperial iron wall. I use it a lot at my water decks so the fishborgs doesnt get banished and i can summon them next turn.
Still a decent burn card with nice stats. The atk maybe is too high but thats just a thought.
Anyway, the tidal eff seems like more fitable in mermails where they actually dont care for the banished resources. In fishborgs it could be a pain, unless you using some kind of mixed deck that techs the borgs

Imperial Iron Wall is a card I have thought about using in the Deck, but at the same time, it doesn't seem to do enough for me to really be worth it. Other Level 5s have that high ATK as well.
