Monarch King
Cannot be Special Summoned. Cards cannot be banished.
AnnieShifter
Serves nicely as a side deck card for ritual beasts or infernoids, and is pretty much a walking imperial iron wall. The advantage that imperial iron wall has is that it is a trap and you can use it to catch your opponent off guard, and that it doesn't require a tribute. The card is pretty much a vanity's fiend for banished cards, but because of that it suffers from the same weakness that they do, which is backrow. It is a good card with good design, but is it really worth running when you can run imperial iron wall or majesty fiend. If I'm missing something, feel free to correct me, but this is just my personal view.

Also i would like to give an advantage to this card, so i made it a target (reveal) for tenacity of the monarchs to have stormforth easier. AnnieShifter
Very true. Both cards have advantages and disadvantages, in the end it comes down to which you prefer most and the deck you're playing. It's a nicely designed and balanced card though. :)
