My apologies if this is a repost, I did not see a topic on it, at least not on the first page, and I was gone for a week, so.

When this card is activatedBanish the top 3 cards of your Deckface-down. This card's name becomes "Toon World" while it is on the field.Toon monsters you control cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects. If a Toon monster(s) you control would be destroyed by battleor card effect, you can banish 1 card for each of those monsters from the top of your Deck face-down, instead.

 

About damn time this got printed. And it got buffed too! Only banish 3 to activate, and it is Toon World, AND it is a Field Spell! Im excited for Toon Legacy Support even more now.

IS a very nice card for toon indeed, more toon support is always welcome! This card just give a middle finger to Toon World.. (but toon still better members to be more competitve)

And some nice backrow. If they cant spam they are in trouble.

New comic hand should be

Target 1 monster your opponent controls; Special Summon 1 "Toon Token" (DARK/Level ?/Spellcaster-Type/Toon/ATK ?/DEF ?) in attack position. Its Level is the same Level or Rank as the targeted monster, and it's ATK and DEF are the same as that monster.

Following some testing, this card is basically amazing. The only issue is the fragility of the tools if it dies. I'm running flipping field barrier because it's that important. If there were better ways to protect it or something...

Yep if it dies, then almost every toon dies as well (expect Class D toons) Running field barrier is ok I guess?

I'm using Monk into Key Beetle (either Special the second Monk or Masked Sorcerer/Cannon Soldier, though they're a bit sub-par). It's alright so far through testing, Key Beetle isn't too hard to get around though. And in any case, Monk brings out any of the level 4s for Xyz, or just plain attacking, since they can't attack that turn anyways.

Yeah I use monk as well. No cannon soldier, though Masked Sorcerer is actually a pretty good 2-of for Monk interaction and additional draws, as I run Reckless. But like you said there's still the issue of Key Beetle being fairly easy to get over. I'd run Safe Zone if I made it more often that I currently do, and if Toons didnt have attacking directly as their main gimmick.

Hey now you can't activate any field spells >:)

 

I did that once with Ouroboros to an Earthbound Immortal Deck.

 

Kingdom seems like the type of card Toons really needed, not only by supplying Toon World's name, but also protecting them from things. The banish facedown part is...interesting. Not too many cards have a banish facedown mechanic.
