You can discard 1 card from your hand and target 1 from your opponent's hand; Shuffle that card to their Deck. You can only activate each effect of "Vellalar, Hidden Dragon of the Ice Barrier" once per turn. Card I made for fun. Just a different Gungnir. EDIT: Ok, so originally this was just an April fools joke where I had a Joke card above this and I did post the actual card below as well possibly as a way to joke around without wasting any kind of space. This I have come to realize is not the case. I apologize as I did not realize what I had done was against the rules if I did post the real card in the same thread. I originally meant to post it on this thread, but I accidentally posted it to Casual Card Design, and since the site did not really have a function to allow me to delete the thread, I just asked to lock this thread due to my mistake. I guess that went the wrong way and I got 3 Warning Points for essentially not being clear enough as to why I wanted to lock the thread.
