The End Times: "Shadist"

So this is something I thought of while creating the rules for a new TCG I'm making. It occurred to me that there are no cards in the game that have the potential to activate if discarded by having to many cards in hand during the End Phase. But, since that would require some ridiculous draw power (which is bad), I went a slightly different route.

Pendulum Effect:

During your End Phase: You can discard 1 "Shadist" card; if you do, change the Battle Postion of 1 monster on the field.

Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1: You can target "Shadist" monsters that were discarded during your End Phase, equal to the number of monsters your opponent controls; add 1 target to your hand, and shuffle the rest into your deck. During your End Phase, if a "Shadist" monster(s) was discarded: Draw 1 card.

2 or more (Max. 5) Level 3 Fiend-Type monsters

While this card is on the field: The effects of "Shadist" monsters in your graveyard cannot be negated. During your End Phase: You can detach 1 Xyz material from this card and discard 1 "Shadist" monster from your hand; shuffle 1 random card in your opponent's hand into its owner's deck.

2 Level 3 Fiend-Type monsters

When this card battles a defense position monster: Deal piercing damage to your opponent. During your End Phase: You can Detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, discard 1 "Shadist" monster from your hand, and target 1 monster your opponent controls; reduce that target's ATK by 300 until your opponent's next End Phase.

So at the surface, lots of shenanigans during the End Phase. Again, the archetype revolves around discarding during the End Phase for any reason. The goal is to discard for costs to effects that stun or set back the opponent, or adding more discard fodder to hand/deck (because consistency/re-usability).

I felt I needed more practice making cards before I joined another contest, so don't go lightly. Even if this is Casual, I want Advanced-level critiques.

Thanks!
