Atypical-Abbie
A generic Fusion Monster to expand Fusion Summon possibilities. 2 Beast-Warrior-Type monsters OR 2 DARK monsters Once per turn: You can discard 1 card, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; halve its ATK until the end of this turn. When this card destroys an opponent’s monster by battle: You can target 1 Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls; banish that target, then this card gains 300 ATK. TFMegamanlan
This seems a tad to consistent... Being able to hurt monsters, destroy backrow and gain ATK, and add that it's easy to actually summon... I suggest having more of a limitation or make it that it can't use both effects in a row. Is it broken because it can do that?
TFMegamanlan
Yes, it's too easy to pull out, DARK decks can easily pull it out, and I'm sure there's a few Beast-Warrior decks that can do so as well. Halving a Monster's ATK has always been considering a major ability in the game, at least from a creator standpoint which is why it's not common in the game and most of the time it usually comes as only that ability or basically Dark Rebellion-esk ability, then add the ability to just run over a monster for big damage then pop a backrow for kicks and get a power boost. That's concerning to me, just because of the huge skill he has in halving a monster. It's more of a card just waiting for a way to be broken in my opinion.
