This card's name becomes "Tri-Blaze Accelerator" while in the Spell & Trap Zone. During either player's Battle Phase: You can target 1 card on the field; send 1 "Volcanic" monster from your deck to the Graveyard, and if you do, destroy that card. During either player's Battle Phase; you can banish this card (from your Graveyard); return 1 of your banished "Blaze Accelerator" cards to your Graveyard, except "Blaze Accelerator Bombardment".

Gives Volcanics a form of removal for Spell and Trap cards, and triggers Scattershot from the Deck using its effect. It's secondary effect can "recycle" used Reloads, which can be subsequently used during MP2.
