Strange things happen to the bored soul.Target 1 face-up monster that has a Level; Special Summon, from your Extra Deck, 1 Xyz Monster with the same Rank as that targeted monster's Level, ignoring the Summoning conditions (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon.
