Endless Cycle - Fusion, Synchro, and Xyz Rotation

Effect: Once per Turn, If there is a Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz monster on your field, you may activate 1 of this card's effects. If you cannot activate any of this card's Effects, this card is destroyed and you take 3000 damage.
1. Select 1 Fusion Monster on your Field and send it to the Graveyard. Then, Select 1 Synchro Monster in your Extra Deck that has the same Attribute and Type as the Monster that was sent to the Graveyard, and Special Summon it to the Field, Ignoring the Summon Conditions.
2.Select 1 Synchro Monster on your Field and send it to the Graveyard. Then, Select 1 Xyz Monster in your Extra Deck that has the same Attribute and Type as the Monster that was sent to the Graveyard, and Special Summon it to the Field, Ignoring the Summon Conditions.
3. Select 1 Xyz Monster on your Field and send it to the Graveyard. Then, Select 1 Fusion Monster in your Extra Deck that has the same Attribute and Type as the Monster that was sent to the Graveyard, and Special Summon it to the Field, Ignoring the Summon Conditions.

This card sounds realistic, well despite the massive 3,000 life point punishment for being unable to activate one of the below listed effects. You would think they'd have made a card of some sort that does this, but I haven't really seen the new sets. Is this card aimed to be used in a very strongly themed deck? Eg. Using Earth Warriors?

I just kinda thought up the idea, and decided to make a card. I wasn't really thinking of how it would work in the actual game. Also, about the 3000 Life Point lose. I wanted there to be a major punishment if you couldn't meet the summon conditions, since most players don't have all 3 Extra Deck monster types.

Oh I understand, I thought game mechanics were being considered, but yeah still a nice card.
