During the End Phase of the turn this card was activated: draw 1 card, then discard 2 cards. Well, its effect has the potential to clear the way for OTKs but it isn't what Dark World needed. The Deck can deal with all the threats this does with Grapha-pop and grinding through backrow. I'd probably tech 1 if I ran it at all - you don't want to discard your DWs during the End Phase really because that leaves you with no way to use those discards for board presence.
