Monst- (1) When this face-up card on the field is targeted by a card effect (except during the Damage Step): Return this card to your hand. (2) If this card is Special Summoned during the Battle Phase: You can add up to 2 "Magical Beast" monsters from your Graveyard or face-up from your Extra Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Magical Beast Seal Dragon" once per turn.
